  • This depends on the size and characteristics of the parcel. We will determine the area best suited for the system at the time of your Site and Soils inspection. We can then make adjustments to location of your system for practical use and aesthetic purposes.

  • The cost for an entire septic system is broken into three parts:

    • The fees for the permits from your local jurisdiction. These can be found on their website.

    • The septic design fee. This is a flat fee depending on the type of system required by your local jurisdiction.

    • The septic contractor's fee, which will include all your materials and labor to construct your system.
